       sooo today i have  a FEVER! but I still went to school because if i miss to many days then i have to take my exams!! ekkers no way hose-a. i still managed to drink coffee( it made my throat feel o so good)

and when i got to school i munched on an engish muffin with peanut butter i wasn’t hungry…because i am sick but i still had to eat something. and then during AP econ i munched on this glorious bar.

 

made me feel yucky after i ate it, but it was good

AWWW and then my bf came over and brought me my favorite Starbucks drink! ( random acts of kindness is the way to my heart)

      After school i did my second day of the 30 day burn video everyone is raving about. and then happily wen to whole foods.

*** background info- no matter how sick i am i hate HATE being lazy.

Even though everything was aching i knew whole food would make me feel a little better. here are the goods

greek yogurt, 2 coconut waters(mango,original) dried pineapple,dried papya, fresh almond butter

   i had 1 papaya spear with almond butter and 2 pineapple rings. plus a tofu sample at whole foods soooo delicious.

OOO sooo I’m not sure if you guys are aware but i am signed with an agency recently. and two days ago i got asked to be on burn notice as an extra!!!!!!  I will be on episode 2 of season 3 and i will be one of to bikini roller bladder’s! haha funny thing is i just learned how to roller blade 2 days before my job!! but thank goodness i did not fall

so anyway i live about an hour and half away from Miami and i have never driven on the turnpike but i did it with out any problems!!!! yayayayay

so that’s all i can muster right now i am feeling soo under the weather right now, :( i hate being sick. ill being talking a little later

not much happend today after my last post. but around 6 i finally was legitamlly hungry so i decided to eat…

no picture sorry, feel a little weird with my rents(parents) around to take pictures of my food.

  • vegtable chunky soup-love love love it!! i hate it when soup is more liquid then stuff in it (unless it is thick like pea soup, or butter nut squash.) fun fact i have never had butternut squash soup!
  • i added 2 egg whites to this(craving it) and a lot of crystal sauce(my fam didn’t have anything spicier) 
  • a pineapple ring,papaya ring

O sooo yesterday me and the boyfriend wen to the library and GOODWILL!

Today i had FOUR hours of AP statistics! erggg and she decided to give us a test, seriously it was interesting(boring) I took the test then i read a very interesting book that makes me take another look at eating healthier. it is called Skinny bitch. NOT A DIET BOOK but why being vegan is good. I personally can not live with out Greek yogurt and eggs but meat i can not stand since i started this blog. 

 

good news!!!!!!!! i am going to start adding pictures tomorrow but i warn you it is boring food. lol. Saturday is a skim competition that my BF is in so i am going to go cheer him on!!!

and i am going to start revamping my blog and making it beautiful!!! yayayay

the eats:

breaking the fast : coffee
          oats(w one egg white) and PB. favorite oats

Snackum- a Lolly pop my teacher gave me and a chocochip z bar!

lunch- orange, banana, Laura bar( will do reviews tomorrow to share my opion)
       and a mango fruit leather…soo good but does nothing to fill me up

snack- 1/2 a full bar (peanut butter) and dried papaya and lil dried pineapple

dinner- spaghetti squash with lil reduce fat sour cream,salsa, broccoli,garlic onion
    this was very very very good
     oooo and a pineapple circle

dessert will be hot coco and fluff.

no exercises today :( had work, oh well hopefully tomorrow i can but i did walk a lot today! so thats something

Another great day

today was another GLORIOUS day! In Florida we have this thing called FCAT and its a test you have to pass until 10th grade to move on, but really it is all BS and really simple easiness. Anyway this year i don’t take them! ayayayayayay! :) so i spent the day with who other then my boyfriend/best friend. we ran all sorts of errands grocery, target, Tuesday morning, roller bladed, biked, got dunkin dounuts coffee.

but some funny things happened to day 

  1. So yesterday bf and I had a discussion that i always regret getting a coffee in target when i see DD is outside and i always crave it. sooooo today we decided to go to dunkin doughnuts for iced coffee. He really is the most thoughtful boy. But when i took my first sip it was HORRIBLE! i was flabbergasted i remember it being awesomely good what happened? so we went to target all sad about the choice…well more bummed not much can get us down. And i come up with the brill ant idea to get a shot of espresso to add to my watered down drink and presto it was mucho better. Not minding the people in line staring me down as i am drinking from a dd cup about to order something at SB. haha
  2. also my dumb dog was in like a fight with a possum that would not stop for 2hrs. at least! Funnest thing ever! i was about to pee my pants. the reason is because my BF was trying to stop it by puring water on them, that just cooled them down and they started fighting he tried using a rake and that was an advantage for the possum some how. Seriously guys they were just staring at each other with the occasional attack but my dog is barking like there is NO tomorrow and the possum has its mouth open as wide as can be and producing this hilarious sound effect. You would think they would realize they are not scared of each other Right and let it be? nope not my dog it fights till the end. Finally my bf uses a lasso type mechanism and puts it around my dogs neck as well as using a rake…and this is once we found out possums do not get rabies.

Lunch- PANERA! yummy! i opted for the pick two and since i am veggitarian now i got blac bean soup(awsome one of my favorite soups ever) and the greek with no dressing( i do not like oil on salad and feta is strong enough) plus a nice hunk of bread

wasnt hungry for a while

DInner- made spilt pea soup not ham and lil sour cream 
   also had dried papya and pineapple

dessert. for the first time had a chocolate laura bar, choco hazlnut, awsomness and of course my diet hot coco with fluff to make my belly full for bed.

    So today i had a pretty fantastic day that went like this

  1. school, all my easy classes
  2. saw the boyfriend
  3. I did NICOLOBICS  for 30 straight min (will discuss this in a hot sec)
  4. went to target and bought 5lb weight and the shred video
  5. went to walmart got CLIFF zbars! choco chip( perfect snack at school)
  6. then chipotle and got a fantastic vegetarian salad
  7. finally the best part had a cute night with my boy included the office and talk sesh <3

 

Now the eats today were

breakfast- English muffin 2 egg whites lil hummus lil cheese
    COFFEE 

snack- vitamuffin and a combo of

  • white choco pb
  • JIF creamy PB

Lunch- apple, banana, orange and 2 scoops of publix peach yogurt

( as a note i hate regular yogurt now that i have tried Greek yogurt it truly is not the same i like my creaminess, but my mom bought it and i can not have it go to waste so mus eat)

snackum- skinny caramel frapp,grande yummmmmmm
      also snacked on a lil pineapple (dried) and a thin cake with hummus

dinner- dun dun dunnnnn Chipoltle!!!! salad vegitarian with a lil rice and didnt finish mst of the rice, gave it to the boy

dessert was of course my diet hot coco with fluff then half a CHOCO CHIP cliff! yummmm (not  to be confused with zbar)

 

i feel pretty good about my eats today mainly because i did a lil exercises and nicoleobics is…

         Something i made up when i was getting bored of running, videos and such so all i do is put on my music and basically do circuits of everything jamming to my tunes. i jumped “rope”, did ALOT ALOT ALOT of jump twist and squats and lunges galore. jumping jacks at one point i did 20 of each then 15 then 10 then 5..4..3..2..1 and then something completely different it is really fun bu im sure i look like a complete fool jumping to my Brittney spears.

erggg I need to learn to be consecutive

wow this was yesterdays!!!  

so today i went to work but not for long becuase all the sudden i started getting acute pains on my left side and they wouldnt stop for 2 hours! needless to say i went home and had a nice lazy day. I haven’t had a lazy day(pj day) in such a long time! it was awsome and relaxing. My boyfriend came over a couple times to check up on me <3 he is the sweetest.

     But all i did was ready food blogs all day my favorite being love of oats, coffee talk, peanutbutter and jenny, for the love of peanut butter and then i read basically all of them. Sorry im such a lurker! hehe 

     i tried to work out but all i could do was an intense 30 min of taebo with billy banks. :( i haven’t worked out in a while well except basically everyday i go run errands and make sure i walk A LOT. im such a werdo. 

     soooo this is wha i relized i care too much about food and getting fat. i know that is the same story for all girls too. but i think it just comes from because i was a chubmonster when i was younger and it is a very big deal with my parent to make sure i look good and not chubby. but i found out i can eat w.e i want (i like healthy foods and desserts) but with a healthy does of excersise i dont need to frieght about everything that i put in my mouth. and secret is for the past long time i have been trying to eat very very little like scary little, and decided NO! I need to be healthy by yummy eatting and exercise! and i want to thank all you food blogs for healping me learn that!! even though no one reads this i still want to say thank you.

today’s eats

breakfast- chobani original yogurt ( my secret to make it less sour cream taste is add ONE splenda!) 
    and a bowl of a fruit mix (pineapple,strawberry and kiwi) from publix
    of course COFFEE with a lil 2% 

snacky- choco chip z bar
       plus through out the day snack on dried pineapple tidbits

lunch- 1/2 cup oats with an egg white and TBSP of jif (yummo) 
                apple

dinner- little over 1/2 a butter nut squash 
                with a dollop of low fat sour cream and dollop of spicy hummus!! yummmm 
      

i will have a nice after dinner snack for sure!

My birthday is tomorrow!!!!!

so today was a very relaxing day! i feel like i am getting sickky but i think after tomorrow( my birthday) i will feel better!

my eats today

breakfast- 1/3 oatmeal w/ tbsp Peanut butter

snackum was a z bar

lunch was later around 3-

  • chobani with a splenda,
  •  banana
  • apple
  • drizzle of pb
  • little of cool whip

then dinner was a mashup of items

  • sweet potato
  • broccoli
  • slice of thin muster cheese
  • 2 eggs yolk in all!!!! i never eat yolk  it was a nice change
  • apple

i think i see a diet hot coco my ritual it makes me go to bed and vita muffin!!! little pb

the damage: 1158!! so probably 1250! yay and i haven’t worked out well except i walked around cosco for a long time to get work out.

So today’s eats:

brekky: English muffin with a tbsp of Peanut butter yummmmo

snack- piece of chocolate 
               cliff kid choco chip bar, my favorite bar so far 

lunch 2 rice crisps with peanut butter
            i was defiantly in the peanut butter mood today

late snack apple

dinner was scrumptious my mom made flounder! she is so nice

  • 1 small fillet
  • cup of rice-yikes but sooooo good
  • cup of green beans

damage- about 1300! and thats with adding about 200 for calories eatin outside it all!!! yayayayay so i might even be lower!

i also went to the gym today and did only 22 min on elliptical but burned approx 331 calories! went fast then i did about 25 min of weights!

went to whole foods and got some yummo snackums

  1. strawberry pocket fruit nuggets
  2. pure protein-choco deluxe( i am in love with chocolate)
  3. nectar cacao dark choco walnut- seen them o blog world had to give them a go
  4. more Zbars chocolate brownie

looked up some prom dresses and this is what i am looking at

I need to think of ideas to make this blog be more fun…..hmmmmmmm tomorrow might be a better day

slowly but surely

ok so it is defiantly going to be hard for me to post on the weekends but i think i will be able to do it.

so this weekend i realized i defiantly am not skinny anymore and i should def start exercising to be healthy and toned. so i have decided to make goals for myself and if i achieve the goals ill get to treat myself to something.

goals:

  1. stick to a 1200-1300 calorie a day diet
  2. work out at least 4 times a week try all
  3. no desserts unless hot coco no fluff
  4. eat only when hungry!

 

TO DO TOMORROW:

  • school till one ugg hard day
  • home to see my  boyfriend!!! and we are going to costco
  • gym
  • homework

i can do that! easy and i will try to start with pictures!!!!!! 

good news no meat!

I know I know lent started yesterday but i am deciding to start my blogging today! yayayay! 

Ok so for break fast i have decided on oats! I will try and add pics soon still figuring out this blog thing

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1 table spoon of JIF creamy PB, i know its full of not peanuts but its my favorite peanut butter
  • a drizzle of chocolate dreams peanut and co butter
  • o and a little bit of milk to my desired consistancy 
    Calories 350! ekk i know to your that may sound good but i think that is too high for me i will tell you later why but uhh oo. at least i know now.
     

I also had a cup of joe with a dollop of cool whip,splenda and 1%milk. I will probably be going back to get more

  • calories is about 60

 

The Day’s agenda!

  1. School but it’s a half day! WHOOOOOO
  2. Work…uggggg 2- when ever she doesn’t need me anymore so probably 5ish
  3. need to start looking for prom dresses
  4. Gym(good thing it is right next to the mall) 

On to important things i have decided well maybe i need to splurge on bathing suits! i live in south fl and am moving to miami in 5ish months for school so i need the suits. let me show you the contenders

I think i might just get them all! 

Now i wont be home until later soo need to pack some snacks 

  • white chocolate macadamia nut cliff bar! i have been seeing these on blogs and i just found them and only one left!!!! it was FATE

Dinner- my mom told me it is ….. WHATEVER NIGHT! i love this becuase i can make what i ever i want useing leftovers or anything in our house soo the possibilities are endless… yes! now i have something to think about.
